Way Out West was hired to transform a dilapidated 2-storey house into a luxury, modern, open-plan apartment.

Situated in the heart of St Ives, this remodelled warehouse apartment reflects the classic New York warehouse style. The original Victorian charm was preserved, with exposed brick walls and high ceilings creating a feeling of urban sophistication. The design seamlessly combines modern elements with vintage accents, featuring a stylish custom steel staircase paired with exposed timber joists. Large windows fill the open living area with natural light, providing panoramic views of St Ives.
